Refund policy

If you have an issue with an order please contact us immediately and give us your order information and the reason for return Refund Method

Allergy Safety – Nuts

Nutly process all raw material These products also include all varieties of tree nuts and peanuts. Although every care and precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination of the products during processing and packing, should you have known allergies to nut products you exercise caution prior to consumption as there is always the likelihood of some traces of peanuts and tree nuts being present.

 

Force majeure

Nutly is not liable if and when she cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.

Force majeure means delay or failure by our suppliers, transport problems, strikes, government measures, refusal of import, frost ,fire, flood, storm, riot, terrorism, acts of war,martial law, delays in supply, omissions of suppliers and / or manufacturers of Nutly  as well as from individuals, disease, defects in appliance or shipment tools count explicitly as force majeure.

Nutly in cases of force majeure the right to suspend its obligations. Nutly reserves the right to payment of the already made deliveries and the costs incurred.
