Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, or other reputable providers — depending on the best available rate and service for your location.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order is confirmed and payment is processed. You will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier schedules and destination.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your information is accurate, as changes cannot be made after the order is confirmed. Nutly is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Once you receive your package, please inspect it promptly. If there are any discrepancies or damages, contact us right away.

Important Note:
Shipping fees apply to all orders except for those selected as Local Pickup at checkout. Local Pickup orders can be collected at no additional charge from our designated pickup location.

In such cases, Nutly may suspend its obligations but retains the right to claim payment for any goods already delivered or costs incurred.
