Returns Are Possible Within 14 Days of Delivery
The maximum return time is 14 days after receiving the product.
Free shipping is provided if your order is inconsistent, damaged and defective. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
In case of receiving the damaged product, it is necessary to send a photo to process your claim.
Your refund will be sent back to the same credit card used in the initial purchase. It should take maximum 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
