Keto-Friendly Almond Cream Cake ingredients

  •  5 eggs
  •  5 tablespoons Nultly almond meal
  •  3 tablespoons oil
  •  2 tablespoons water
  •  2 tablespoons Splenda (or preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  Pinch of salt
  •  ½ teaspoon baking powder

For the Cream:

  •  ½ liter cream (35% fat)
  •  2 tablespoons Splenda (or keto-approved sweetener)
  •  2 tablespoons rose water
  •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 365°F (185°C).

2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, beat keto sweetener, vanilla, and eggs for about 8 minutes until a creamy mixture forms.

3️⃣ Combine Nutly almond meal, salt, and baking powder.

4️⃣ Gradually add the dry ingredients to the eggs in 3 portions.
